Warranty and Returns

WARRANTY

All JCPal products come with a 1 Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers the original purchaser from the date or purchase.

JCPal and its affiliated companies worldwide warrants its products against defects in manufacturing, material, or workmanship under normal use and service for their applicable Warranty Periods, subject to conditions contained in this limited warranty. JCPal does not warrant, and is not responsible for, any smartphone, laptop or other device made by anyone other than JCPal.

Please note: Due to the prevalence of counterfeit products, we require proof of purchase to validate the authenticity of your product.

RETURNS

If you’re unhappy with your JCPal.com purchase for any reason you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of your order.

Items that are opened, damaged or returned more than 30 days after being ordered may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Purchases through JCPal.com: To return a product for refund, replacement or repair please contact us.

Purchases made elsewhere: If you made your purchase from another reseller or from another country, please contact the store you purchased from to initiate the return.
