All orders placed on JCPal.com are shipped within 2 business days (excludes statutory and provincial holidays) from our warehouses in Vancouver, Canada or Blaine, USA.

Deliveries outside of the US and Canada
Shipments outside of North America are sent via USPS/Canada Post but delivered locally by a carrier in the recipients country. As such they don’t always provide the most up-to-date tracking information. If your delivery is taking longer than the timeframe estimates below, please contact us.
Deliveries outside of the US and Canada may attract customs and import duties once the parcel reaches it’s destination. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges which must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We recommend contacting your local customers office to find out what these fee’s may be before placing your order.
