A small refresh. A long time coming.

A small refresh. A long time coming.

A small refresh. A long time coming.

A few words on what's changed, and what hasn't.

We've spent the last while quietly working on something - a refresh of how JCPal looks and sounds across our website, packaging, and product pages. It's live now, and we wanted to take a moment to explain what's different, and why we did it.

The short version: not much has changed about who we are. A lot has changed about how we show it.

JCPal started in 2009 as a manufacturing-led company. Over the years, we've grown into something else - a design-led accessories brand, with a design hub in Vancouver and teams around the world. The way we worked got sharper. The way we presented ourselves didn't always keep up.

This refresh is our way of catching up to the work.

What's actually different. A cleaner logo, with the green you already know. A more structured typeface. An icon system designed to explain rather than decorate. Photography and colour used with more intention - fewer flourishes, more clarity. Across every surface, less noise.

What hasn't changed. The thinking. Every product we make still begins with the same question: why does this need to exist? A keyboard protector should protect without adding bulk. A shortcut keyboard should support creative flow without adding complexity. A protective film should fit precisely and stay out of the way. The form follows from the answer to that first question - not the other way around.

We've been calling this purpose-driven design for a long time internally. The refresh is the first time we've been able to express it clearly across everything we do.

So - same JCPal. Same Vancouver-led design philosophy. Same accessories made for the devices you use every day. Just clearer, more consistent, and easier to recognise wherever you find us.

Thanks for being part of the journey so far.
